Jesolo: Caribe Bay Waterpark

Fun and relaxation at the Caribe Bay water theme park in Jesolo: a Caribbean oasis with 2,000 palm trees and 10,000 tonnes of white sand, where adrenaline, relaxation and fun come together.

Throughout the summer, guests of the Park, also awarded in 2022 as the Best Water Park in Italy and elected among the 7 best water parks in the world, can enjoy stretches of fine white sand, a cocktail at the chiringuito, a dip in the crystal-clear waters and 27 attractions immersed in vegetation.

Strong thrills await the most daring, starting with Captain Spacemaker, which at 42 metres is the highest slide in Europe, while families can stop off at Pirates' Bay, the area dedicated to the youngest, which with its slides and fun installations even out of the water conquers children of all ages every year. Couples looking for a romantic getaway will find the perfect place to relax in the sun and switch off from stress in the picturesque Laguna de Oro or on the scenic Shark Bay.

For a full immersion in the rhythm, colours and traditions of Central America, Caribe Bay will offer a rich programme of live shows every day with a cast of acrobats, divers, dancers and circus performers from every corner of the world.

The musical Swing Circus, staged on the Arena Show stage, is not to be missed: an old radio will play a melody from yesteryear and, as if by magic, the theatre will be transformed into an enthralling party with original choreography and costumes with typical retro charm. The scenic Pirate Galleon in the heart of the park will also be the setting for the Mermaids show, where Pirates and Mermaids will compete in an exciting show inspired by the conquest of a new land, with breathtaking acrobatics, fire acts and daring dives that will leave young and old alike speechless.

And speaking of little pirates on the prowl, Pirates' Bay, the area of the park dedicated to the little ones, in addition to a white sandy bay overlooking a large mirror of transparent, shallow water, Pirates' Bay contains no less than 13 different attractions for children of all ages, including slides, water games, abandoned mines and octopuses with colourful tentacles. And for parents, all the relaxation of the Caribbean under palm-fringed umbrellas and a comfortable nursery with baby changing tables, rocking chairs for breastfeeding, bottle warmers, child-friendly toilets and everything you need to take care of your little ones.

BAD WEATHER - We communicate Caribe Bay closure for exceptional circumstances. Once your ticket has been sold, it cannot be refunded for any reason (art 74 of Italian Presidential Decree no. 633/72). If the Park is closed for bad weather, danger, power outage and/or any other force majeure event, Visitors’ tickets and purchases will not be refunded. However, you can use your ticket another day during the summer opening season. WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH THE TICKET ENTRANCE - The park entrance ticket includes pools, slides, shows and attractions (except Bungee Jumping) available on the entrance date subject to availability of places. Caribbean Golf is next door to Caribe Bay, but outside the park. You can only enter Caribbean Golf if you purchase a specific ticket. There is a discount if you visit Caribbean Golf and Caribe Bay on the same day. ENTRANCE TIME - You can enter until 3.45pm, when the ticket office closes. No entrance to the Park is allowed after 3.45pm.

PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES -Guests with disabilities are welcome at Caribe Bay. They can access Shark Bay, Laguna de Oro and all events in the show programme and all food service areas. There are disabled toilets inside the Park. A special beach wheelchair is available if you wish to spend the day at Laguna de Oro.Special fare for guests with disabilities can only be purchased at the Park's ticket offices upon presentation of a valid certificate proving the disability and ID. With motor limitations (wheelchair users) free of charge. DOGS - dogs are not allowed in the park for hygiene reasons. PRAMS - you can bring your prams/pushchair inside the park. PARKING - Caribe Bay has a parking, the daily parking rate for motorbikes and cars is € 5. You can also park your camper in the Caribe Bay car park, daily parking rate is € 7.50. SUN UMBRELLAS AND LOCKERS -At Caribe Bay you can pay to hire your sun umbrella with 2 king size sun loungers and safe box, subject to limited availability. Sun umbrella hire in the park costs € 14. Online pre-booked hire costs € 18.Locker hire costs €6 and is subject to limited availability. You can leave bags and helmets at the locker hire point for €6 per item. BUNGEE JUMPING - Bungee Jumping is one of the Park’s attractions so you must buy a Caribe Bay entrance ticket to do your jump. Bungee jumping is an extra attraction and costs € 50 for individuals and € 100 for couples (two people jumping together, maximum permitted combined weight 140 kg). Bungee Jumping is for adults only. You must show a valid ID document, be physically fit and sign a consent form. Bungee Jumping is permitted for 16 year old with a valid ID document and an accompanying parent. FOOD AND DRINKS - Guest can bring their food and drinks inside the park, however, there are plenty of food service areas offering a full range of menus. You’ll find speciality foods and new dishes constantly arriving to suit all tastes (sweet, savoury, vegetarian, gluten free), or fresh fruit if you don’t want to miss a minute of the attractions. SHOWERS AND CHANGING ROOMS - The Park provides free hot showers and changing rooms for guests. There are child-height toilets and a baby-changing area in the adult toilets and in the Nursery. HOW TO REACH THE PARK By bus from Jesolo: Bus No. 5 departs every 30 minutes and stops at the entrance to Caribe Bay. By bus from the beaches: ATVO transport company operates a special daily service connecting the beaches with Caribe Bay. From San Donà di Piave: Line 19/a. From Treviso: MOM Line 108. From Airport: ATVO Airport Services. By car: A4 motorway from Trieste: take the Noventa di Piave exit and follow signs for Jesolo. A4 motorway from Milan: take the Aeroporto Venezia-Marco Polo/Spiagge exit and follow signs for Jesolo. By train: There is a frequent rapid regular bus service from San Donà di Piave train station to Jesolo bus station.There is a Venice Airport Bus Express bus service from Mestre train station stopping at Jesolo bus station. By plane: there is a direct bus service to Jesolo from Marco Polo airport in Venice and Sant'Angelo airport in Treviso.
